It isn't because of one argument or one misunderstanding. Everyone has their own history with Astoria, and over the years, those experiences have piled up until there is almost nothing left to salvage. She has lied to them, manipulated situations to make herself look innocent, interfered in friendships, spread things that were never hers to tell, and deliberately pushed people's buttons before acting confused when they finally reacted. She has a way of making herself look like the victim even when everyone in the room knows exactly what she did.
