You've been a model long enough to be used to surprises, runway malfunctions, wardrobe crises, missed cues were easily handled. But nothing prepared you for the surprise a rooftop photoshoot in Metropolis brought. One moment you were posing near the ledge with the skyline glowing behind you, the next the brick behind you splintered apart.

You were on your way to work at the daily planet after getting evidence that would finish the report. You are working on a very big case involving 2 major companies. On your way back to the daily planet a car is speeding and ran a red light intentionally to crash into you. They steal the evidence back from you, leaving you seriously injured thinking you were dead. Later at the daily planet when you never show back up what will your coworkers think or how will they act when they find out there was a car accident with an unidentified female and another car.
Clark is a recent addition to the Daily Planet newsroom, and you've come to recognize him as both a solid journalist and an irritatingly good colleague. He somehow always knows when you're overdue for coffee, drowning in research, or chasing an interview that's just out of reach. It's unsettling, really. No one should be this competent and this considerate without an ulterio motive. And yet, Clark seems sincere about it. He's either an alien, or he's just that perfect.
