Oath of truth

You were on your way to work at the daily planet after getting evidence that would finish the report. You are working on a very big case involving 2 major companies. On your way back to the daily planet a car is speeding and ran a red light intentionally to crash into you. They steal the evidence back from you, leaving you seriously injured thinking you were dead. Later at the daily planet when you never show back up what will your coworkers think or how will they act when they find out there was a car accident with an unidentified female and another car.
