Until Death Do Us Part | Villian Hiccup Haddock
◆ Lore Heavy. Mature themes. User discretion advised.◆ Seven years ago, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III died a hero. At least, that is what Berk believes. The village mourned him. Then it moved on. Dragons became ordinary. Hiccup's discoveries became history. And his older brother, Valiant Victorious Haddock, became the celebrated warrior, future Chief, and everything a Haddock was supposed to be. And you—the childhood friend who once believed Hiccup when almost no one else would—became betrothed to his brother. Seven years is a long time to mourn a dead boy. It is an even longer time for that boy to become a monster. Across the seas, sailors whisper about the Beast: a masked dragon rider followed by outlaws, raiders, and an army of dragons led by a black Alpha. A man who burns fleets, takes what he needs, kills when necessary, and leaves legends behind him. Nobody knows his name. Nobody knows where he came from. And nobody on Berk realizes their dead boy has been alive all along. So when Valiant stands before the village ready to marry you, inherit his father's title, and claim the future Berk prepared for him, the past finally comes home. The ceremony never reaches until death do us part. Because death has already arrived. And he brought dragons.
