D.E. 🕊️🪦❤️
Fly high, my friend. Most of my good memories had you in it, even if we were countries away.
holy crap do i love the best friends to lovers trope
Most of my stories are Draco Malfoy-centric. I might start uploading Castiel stories soon! (From Supernatural)
"Slow conversations with a gun mean more than anything I've ever said to anyone."
- Pierce The Veil
You met Draco as a kid. Growing up together made you two attached by the hip. He is soft for you and only you. But you notice he's been more tense in sixth year. Read the premise if you require more context.
Draco loved you, and you loved him. You weren't afraid to say it. Every night, he would say— "I love you." And you would say, "I love you more." Could that possibly be true? You never could have known. He could never know. Because you're dead. You died in the second Wizarding war. Draco could not physically, emotionally, mentally move on. He tried to, he really did. He knew that you would feel happy for him. That you would be glad that he's going through a new chapter in his life. But he's still stuck on the same page. So when you come back to life, he's starstruck.
Draco Malfoy is drunkily confessing to you. Except, he accidentally does it in a group chat. -- Draco Malfoy is in his room, drinking some whiskey. Why? Who knows. Maybe he just felt like it. Maybe he wanted to get his mind off some things. Off you, maybe. Usually, when people are drunk—they do things impulsively. And sometimes, they press the wrong button on their phone when they're about to pour out their feelings for their sort-of-friend.
In many normal schools, there are social hierarchies. The Queen Bees, Jocks, Talenteds, are at the top. Druggies, fine artists, normies, are in the middle. The loners, nerds, and geeks, are in the bottom. But in Hogwarts—it's pretty much the same thing. But more sophisticated, with grace, and much more subtle. Draco Malfoy. He is a Slytherin. Ambitious, cunning, full of poise, pure-blooded, and absolutely perfect. At least to the public eye. Many people, boys and girls alike, favor him because of his arrogant personality. Everybody loves a bad boy. Especially one that's smug and pretentious, it gives them the illusion that they could somehow fix him. Turn him soft, devoting, and utterly in love. That's why when you accidentally meet him, full of peace, in the astronomy tower—he thinks you are one of them. The same as the others. Always full of intent to make him different. You just want to be his friend. You're curious what kind of person he is, when he's not who he's pretending to be. He reluctantly agrees to be your friend. Read the premise for more.
You're friends with Astoria, Pansy, and Draco! Astoria and Pansy have been trying to pursue Draco lately, since they've liked him since you all were NINE! What they didn't expect, of course, is for him to like you. The friend they didn't think was a romantic rival in the first place. (Read premise for more context!)
You are currently married to Draco Malfoy. Does that keep you hooked to the story? I hope so. You have two children with him, as always, and their names are Scorpius and Lyra Malfoy. They are now sixteen, enjoying their life. So you walk into the ballroom, for some reason your kids are there doing god knows what. And then— A flashing light blinds your eyes. You might need glasses now. But what's even worse, is that you've gone back in time. To twenty years ago. At a gala. In front of everybody. Draco's parents. Your parents. Your younger selves, back when it was complicated. So, that's bad. Goodluck with that.
You are a matchmaker! A cupid, a human tinder. You're known as the person who brings compatible people together, and even people come to you for relationship advice. Now you're trying to uncover the biggest mystery. Who is Draco Malfoy compatible with? Instinctively, you think one of the Slytherin girls. Immediately, Astoria Greengrass. So now, you're trying to make it happen. What you didn't know, is that Draco Malfoy is trying to pursue someone else. You.
"We are two ships that pass in the night. You and I, we are nothing alike." You and Mattheo Riddle are friends with benefits. No feelings involved. But some chick is trying to steal what you have, and you don't plan to let her.
Draco was originally in love with Astoria, but she was uninterested and thought he was pathetic, leading him on just to break his heart. Now, he has started to love you. And it's stronger. Unfortunately for Astoria, that's when she starts to realize what she lost with the way he acts with you. Hi I'm bored so I posted this since it's been a month I think ok bye
So no one really expected it when you married Draco Malfoy. Neither did you. Because now you're seeing a version of yourself that is happy— and married to Draco Malfoy. In the great hall. Wow, that's not scary at all. So you can imagine the shock when they see you and Draco. But... Older. With rings. Clearly comfortable enough to be so close. And don't forget, oh, maybe YOUR KIDS? (This was a story I have posted already, but this time from the younger person's POV.)
Draco Malfoy is a very charismatic, very pretentious guy. But still, all the girls want him. They confess to him everyday, nonstop. He even has his own bag to keep the anonymous, or not anonymous love letters. He's growing tired of it. That's why when he asks you to be his fake girlfriend for the shits and so that people can stop fawning over him, you laugh. It's the stupidest thing you have ever heard in your entire life. And yet, you agree. But as your "relationship" continues, it becomes something... More. And none of you want to stop.
For the first time in forever, Draco Malfoy is jealous. It's usually you who harbors those feelings, but now he's getting a taste of his own medicine. Read the premise for more context.
Narcissa Malfoy is asking Draco to find a woman to be the new lady of the manor. Draco doesn't want a wife, for goodness' sakes, he's already dealing with so much at the ministry. And now, he's being told to get married to some woman? Yeah, no way. So what would any cliche story make him do? Ask you to pretend to be his fiancee. Why? Well. Why not? It'd certainly lift the weight from his shoulders. So when he asks you, you think he's an idiot. Why would Narcissa Black Malfoy ever believe that Draco's best friend would get married to him? But he's already invented a whole backstory. And you know what? It's irritatingly plausible. So what do you do? You say yes. Of course you do. How else would the story progress? Not to mention, Narcissa is staying in the manor for... Oh, I don't know.. One whole year? So you have to do this whole thing for one year just to save Draco. Why couldn't be just use that time to find a girl he actually likes? Who knows at this point.
You are a hunter. You hunt all sorts of supernatural creatures. Your family has been hunting the paranormal for over fifty years. They are skilled in every way—agile, strong, intelligent, and everlasting. The amount of creatures they've exterminated are countless. Vampires, zombies, sirens, ogres, goblins, and even the Loch Ness Monster. But there is one they haven't been able to kill. The Malfoys. The Malfoys are a werewolf clan that your family haven't been able to get rid of. And oh boy, they hate each other's guts. You're out on a mission for the first time in your life. And honestly, it couldn't have been that bad. Yeah, right. It did get that bad, like maybe... Accidentally getting bonded with the werewolf dude that you AND your entire family hates? Not ideal. After getting bonded, you now have to deal with his everything while he has to deal with yours. You can feel each other's emotions, thoughts, and even physical and mental pain. It's absolute shit. But at least he doesn't have his heat. Yet. He's now unconsciously loyal and protective. Attentive when he shouldn't be, he even remembers things he shouldn't. He's always near you. He's always WITH you. He always knows where you are, as you know where he is. That doesn't mean you don't either. You weirdly pay attention to him when you shouldn't care. You get territorial when he's near other people. But is it really the bonding that's making you two this way? - In loving memory of my friend, who gave me this idea. RIP 🕊️💐🪦
You are Draco Malfoy's Emergency contact. -- It's 11:38 PM. That is until you get a call from your phone. Call? Sorry, it's plural. You get numerous calls from him. Once you answer, like the good friend you are, you hear a bass bumping. then there's people talking. Draco Malfoy is at a party. A common people party. Something you wouldn't expect. Finally, you hear Blaise Zabini's voice. Here to save the day. He tells you that Draco, oh the poor guy... He's drunk out of his mind. In fact, he can't even think properly. You can hear him murmuring stupid things, something about an elephant in a fridge. The call turns into a video call as Blaise turns on his camera, and shows Draco Malfoy sprawled on the club couch like some kind of commoner. His hands are swaying in the air, like he's high. But really, he surprisingly just has a low alcohol tolerance. So Blaise tells you to pick Draco up. Why you? Because apparently, you are his emergency contact.
