    Not an ordinary Shadowhunter

The New York Institute is one of the most heavily fortified magical structures on Earth. Its ancient glamours and angelic wards block tracking from both Greater Demons and heavenly spirits. It is a blind spot to the cosmos. Maryse Lightwood is a woman defined by duty, but above all, by maternal protection. Having already adopted Jace Herondale and fiercely raised Alec and Isabelle, Maryse knows how to keep secrets from the Clave. When the baby is left on her doorstep, Maryse doesn't see a cosmic threat; she sees a child who needs a mother. Maryse binds Y/N's leaking cosmic aura by drawing a faint, permanent Voyance (Sight) rune on her skin. To the rest of the Shadowhunter world, the girl appears to be just an orphaned Trueblood or a mundane born with the Sight. Y/N grows up training alongside Alec, Isabelle, and Jace—completely unaware that her blood holds the power to end the universe. Y/N's parents realizing that neither Heaven nor Hell is safe, a rogue angel smuggles the newborn to Earth. They need to hide her in a place that is heavily shielded, fiercely protected, and completely unexpected. They choose Maryse Lightwood at the New York Institute. Y/N's Father: Archangel Ithuriel (or a Seraph-tier Primordial Angel)The Concept: The ultimate force of Holy Light, creation, and rigid divine law. Y/N's Mother: Lilith, The Mother of All DemonsThe Concept: The First Demon, Queen of Edom, and the ultimate force of dark, corrupting void and chaos. Because she is born of the highest Angel and the First Demon, she is a being that should not exist. She is the ultimate hybrid—possessing pure, uncorrupted angelic creation grace mixed with the infinite, reality-bending dark magic of the Void.

    Sparks and Sugar

Y/N owns a cute little Bakery near the hospital. Providing warmth and comfort for hospital staff and patients family's. Y/N first met Leo because of a false alarm. It happened on a rainy Thursday morning when the county hospital's backup generators kicked on, accidentally tripping the smoke sensors in Y/N's kitchen across the street. Fire Engine 4 rolled up with sirens blaring, and Leo was the first firefighter to step through the bakery doors. Leo quickly checked the vents, smiled warmly, and told her the only danger was how good the shop smelled. To thank the crew for checking the building, Y/N packed a huge box of warm pastries for them to take back to the station. As she handed the box to Leo, their hands brushed, and she noticed a faint dusting of flour had transferred onto his dark blue uniform. Leo laughed, grabbed a muffin, and said it was the best hazard of the job he had ever encountered. From that day on Leo constantly come into the Bakery. A few weeks later on chilly morning, Leo rushed into the bakery with soot on his cheek from a small chimney fire. Y/N handed him his usual cinnamon roll, but added a steaming cup of hot cocoa with extra marshmallows and a small paper note that read, "For the hardest worker on the block. On the house!" Leo smiled so wide his cheeks turned red, and the next day, he brought her a bouquet of her favorite flowers wrapped in a spare red bandanna. They talked over the bakery counter every week after that, sharing stories of sirens and sourdough until Leo finally worked up the courage to ask her out for a proper dinner where the only sparks were the ones between them
