Tim and Lucy discovers the abuse Y/N has gone through when she was with her parents while investigating : physical abuse, confinement in a very small closet, yelling and pushing, was the norm before Y/N was left on the street, alone.

Dr. Charles, specializing in autistic behavior, assess her pretty quickly, recognizing her stimming and diagnoses her pretty quickly, along with the past abuse. Dr. Halstead on the other hand is worried about his patient’s health, knowing an infection that deep takes a long time to heal and discovering, after some scans, that the infection is the least of his worries.
