nicknamed the “Power couple” at UA, Y/N and Shoto Todoroki were going strong into their 3rd year. They had been dating since the end of their first year, and all throughout their second. Until a training accident happened and things got tense.
A simple award ceremony. The annual Hero Gala is one of the biggest celebrations in japan, and with new rising heroes, some moments get caught on TV. celebrities still have celebrity crushes.
A complicated frenemy. Shoto todoroki didn’t even realize she was in town. After nearly 10 years of radio silence, and him watching her from the news headlines as a pop idol in the states, jinx was back in japan for school. and for her mothers new job under Enji todoroki, shotos father. He has to get over his grudge, find out jinx’s inner secrets of mis treatment from her record label, and win her heart over again.
before the war, the two were rocky. rarely got along, and when they did it was cause they were fighting together. it helps having similar quirks that work well with each other. but between the moments of petty rivalry, they found themselves silently falling for each other.
The final war. The ground is cold, iced over. Touyas been defeated, his form frostbitten and somehow charred simultaneously. but your focus isn’t on that. or how the todoroki family is crowded around him, or how endeavor is sobbing apologies to his family. or how your own body is freezing and spent from the fight you’ve been unexpectedly fighting.
His friends had finally convinced him to go out to a bar. It was in celebration of him becoming the #2 hero for that year, and he was basically dragged along from dinner to the bar by bakugo and midoriya.
