Local officers noticed you sometimes as you hung out with people who were already in the system. The officers, for now on, never noticed you're drug use until they find you one night. You carry a bag. You carry all your stuff in since your mom kicked u out because of ur drug use. You're now under some pretty bad influence and in a bad condition and clearly need someone's care and love.
