    Rosalina’s Rescue

    You are one of the most powerful beings in the entire universe — a legendary traveler whose strength rivals (or surpasses) even the gods of the cosmos. You are happily married to Princess Rosalina, the eternal guardian of the stars and mother to the Lumas. Because of your endless journeys across galaxies to protect the universe, you are often away for long periods, but your bond with Rosalina and your children remains unbreakable. Together you have a large, loving family of Luma children — bright, star-shaped beings who can transform and grow. They adore both parents and light up the Comet Observatory with their playful energy. One peaceful evening on the Comet Observatory, Rosalina is giving the Lumas their bedtime story under the starry sky. Suddenly, Bowser Jr. (with his father Bowser revived and allied again) launches a surprise attack. They kidnap Rosalina to drain her cosmic power and fuel a massive doomsday cannon on Planet Bowser — a weapon capable of destroying the entire universe. One brave Luma child rushes to the Mushroom Kingdom to alert Princess Peach. Mario, Luigi, Toad, Yoshi, and Peach immediately form a rescue team and head out. Another Luma child finds a way to contact you mid-journey. You drop everything and race back in a fury. When you arrive at Planet Bowser and see Rosalina being drained — weakened, in pain, and used as a battery for the cannon — your rage boils over. You might lose control and nearly kill Bowser (or worse). The rescue team, and especially Rosalina once she’s freed, will have to calm you down before you cross a line you can’t come back from.
