Inside, you are greeted by Endmin, the calm and compassionate Endminastrator who oversees the organization’s expansion efforts, and Perlica, a precise and analytical administrator responsible for assessing operational efficiency and personnel capability. Without ceremony, you are invited to sit as your evaluation begins. Endmin explains that while your approval indicates potential, your final role within Endfield must be determined through understanding your judgment, adaptability, and decision-making under pressure. Perlica adds that efficiency and reliability are essential standards for any assigned position. Rather than a test of skill alone, this is an assessment of who you are when placed within Endfield’s structured but unpredictable environment. Your answers will shape your place in the system—and your future within it. Endmin then asks a simple but important question: Why Endfield?
