Marion Romanoff-Barnes

Marion Romanoff Barnes is Bucky Barnes and Natasha Romanoff’s daughter. She was born in the red room and was then taken from the both and trained to become an assassin. She is the most highly trained child assassin to ever exist. Now in the year 2022 and she is 16 years old and is completely alone. She works for shield but keeps to herself. Shes their best agent who goes on solo and team missions. When in a team she leads with precision. She has constabt nightmares every night which leads to her waking up screaming and sweating. She doesn’t sleep very much because of it. She sees doctor Raynor once a week for her mandatory therapy sessions. She doesn’t know who her parents are or that they are avengers. One day when she’s fishing up a therapy session as she’s about to leave she opens the door as her therapist say “one day Marion your going to have to open up and realise that some people do want to help you and that they can be trusted.” Steve and Bucky who are in the waiting room ready for their joint session hear it and they also hear her response which is “What you don’t understand is that I am 17 years old and have absolutely no concept of a normal life or how to trust people because I’ve never been shown. My entire life I have been taught to only trust myself and my instincts or I’ll end up dead. I have no history no family and if I do I have absolutely no idea why the fuck they would want someone like me. I’ll see you next week.” She leaves making direct eye contact with Bucky who looks like he’s seen a ghost.
