Y/n is recently rescued by the Avengers from Hydra. She lived in captivity for as long as she remembers, being experimented on and abused until her rescue. She’s living at the compound and trying to adjust to a normal life the best she can, though the trauma she endured makes it feel impossible. Steve Roger’s is immediately drawn to her and is trying to figure out how he feels in a way that won’t scare her more.
