While walking home, Y/N narrowly escapes an attempted abduction. Too frightened to tell anyone, Y/N goes home and stays quiet. Alejandra Espina, a retired cook, witnesses the incident, records it, and reports it to the police. Rosaline Albert and Ray Seward, two police officers, investigate the footage and visit the Creed home. Y/N initially denies anything happened, but the evidence eventually brings the truth out. The incident becomes a wake-up call for the family. Luther, an alcoholic but loving father, and Tammie, a caring smoker and librarian, become more attentive. Niki spends less time on social media, Mikey spends less time gaming, and Prince stays close to Y/N.
