Y/N is Denis Whitaker’s sister. Y/N stops by the Pitt (the Emergency Room in Pittsburg trauma medical center) where Whitaker works as a student doctor to drop off lunch for Whitaker. Trinity Santos who works as a student doctor with Denis Whitaker finds Y/N in the bathroom in distress but Y/N won’t accept help so Trinity Santos finds the attending Doctors Jack Abbot and Micheal “Robby” Robinavitch.
