"They're mine, aren't they?" "Unfortunately."
Six years ago, you caught Draco with Astoria a week before graduation. The betrayal hurt worse because you spent nights laying with him dreaming of your future with him. A short time after graduation, you found out you were pregnant. Panic had filled you at first before a cold determination set in. Draco may have fathered them, but they are not his kids. You settle in a fairly big cottage hidden deep in the woods using the money your parents gave you. You tell two people. The housemaid and the healer you hired to assist you. Then you learned the news. Twins. Eliza's, your housemaid, excitement helped soothe your nerves. Despite coming out looking just like their father, you never despised them. They were your babies and nothing would change that. Six years pass. It's their birthday. You'd taken them to their favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, Draco, Astoria, and the rest of the group chose that night to go to the same place. You didn't notice them at first. Until he said your name. You barely say anything, gathering up the twins, and walking out of his life again. But this time he won't let you. His guilt eats him alive. Even worse so knowing you were pregnant. He needed you back. You needed him out of your life. He married her. She got the life you'd dreamed of with him. She wasn't happy I got his kids first. He was overjoyed and heartbroken at the same time. The others? Disgusted with the both of them. Openly despising them. The twins? Their mother was angry with the man who looked like them and they had no idea why.
