The LAPD is called to a neighborhood due to a bomb threat. Some of the best in the jurisdiction show up, and realize that there may actually be a bomb, yet are still hostile to the situation. When clearing houses, though it was 2:30 am in the morning, they realize that the FBI captain lives in the neighborhood.
Lucy Lopez, of Lucy Volkov is an FBI agent, known as SSA Volkov, most don’t know she’s a female, and only know her rep (which is really good) Angela Lopez, her step sister is a detective at Mid-Wilshire, they are very close. (No one knows Angela has a sister, expect Wesley ofc.) Right now, Wesley Evers, Angela’s husband, is in the hospital and Lucy (since she has the day off) is staying with him. When she’s with Wesley, a bomb threat gets called in, she calls Angela.
Lucy Chen is the FBI Counterterrorism Chief/Captain, when Mid-Wilshire gets a lead in a cold case of hers, she comes over. The case is brutal, and only so many people can know about it. So Lucy asked Wade Grey (Watch commander) to pick a group of people he trusted. He picked Angela Lopez (detective), Nyla Harper (detective), Tim Bradford (Sergeant), John Nolan (TO), and Aaron Thorsen (P2). They are all hostile towards Lucy. (And Tim has a kid and everyone knows, but Angela and Wade have met her)
Lucy Chen, the FBI counterterrorism captain, finds herself in the middle of a fight, she tires to separate it, but ends up getting hit, Tim Bradford, a officer comes over, and stops the fight, arresting the man, he tells her off for trying to be a hero, Lucy is annoyed, her lip bleeding. The next day, they meet again when a bomb threat is called to his station. When Tim sees Lucy in the street with the man and woman he doesn’t know who she is. Only Angela and Wade have ever met Lucy.
Lucy is the FBI caption, when officer Tim Bradford is in trouble, his watch commander Wade Grey assigns Lucy Chen as a bodyguard for Tim Bradford. The two’s personalities immediately clash, but what will they do as shit starts to get serious, feelings start to bloom, and lines begin blurring. (Also, grey uses the fact that he saved Lucy’s life to make her)
