He gets jealous, and that’s the only time he allows himself to be more clingly around her and make sure everyone knows she’s his, even if it’s unofficial. He promises her that he’ll give her anything she wants, to give her the world and more. He’s so desperate he’d get on his knees in front of Lakan, her father and the head of the La Clan, promising anything they want, just for her hand in marriage. He promises her, that he’ll treat her like the most fragile beauty in the whole universe and love her unconditionally. He’s often a likes to admire her beauty and intelligence, staring at her like a little boy at his favourite toy. He even promises to give her sister, Maomao anything she wants and give her a better life, or maybe even arrange marriage with one of his brothers with Maomao and give her freedom, just to have Leticia as his lover and Empress till death do them apart.
