You had never expected to get so close to Katsuki during your second year at UA. Sure, you were friends beforehand. The kind that bumped heads more often than not but had each others backs when it mattered. And slowly, it turned into more than that. Quiet moments together where words weren’t needed. Hanging out outside of just the training rooms and the common areas. Inside jokes, making fun of one other, being seen with each other everywhere. He seemed to look for you just as much as you looked for him. It was a quiet but pleasant exchange. Him, and you. Until a new student came in during your third year.
Everyone knows Katsuki isn’t one to be physically lenient. Nor does he know how to deal with physical affection, much less romantics. There are only a few exceptions, and among that list is you. You’re not exactly known to enjoy physical touch in general, either. Tolerate? Yes. Enjoy? Not exactly. You avoid it whenever possible, and the class knows and respects that. So when you do initiate physical contact willingly, it’s nothing short of a rare phenomenon and treated carefully among them. Despite this, her friendship with Katsuki and the slowly forming…something between them had allowed her to let him come a little closer than most. She let him hover more than the rest, leaned into him more comfortably than the rest, let his hand find her shoulder without stiffening up. Unfortunately, Katsuki was terrible at being patient and sucked at being careful with certain things in that aspect, and one bad day leaves him more snappy than usual. Winter had finally arrived. Christmas was around the corner, and festivities were in full swing. Vacations were planned, bags were packed, and the temperatures had dropped enough to wear sweaters. The hero course students were expecting only one week off vacation. Which quickly turned into two, and then three. The winter had come, yes, but it came with a fury. A snowstorm had blown in. The streets were icy, windy, fogged with white snow, and most importantly—dangerous. And now, in some laughable and miserable twist of fate, all of Class 3-A was snowed into their dormitory building. Uh oh.
Being calm is your thing. Level headed, easy, just there. No one expects you to be one of those people who snaps when needed and unleashes things you’ve been holding back. Until a fight in the city with a group of villains ruins your day out with the class.
Your reasons for transferring in are mostly unknown, other than the fact it was to attend the UA hero course and being hand picked by the commission themselves. Whatever the case, as soon as a certain someone laid eyes on you, it was practically love at first sight.
During an infiltration of an underground human testing organization, the missions goes sideways and puts the Avengers between a rock and a hard place. You’re sent to give them backup.
Kirishima is known to practically be the class golden retriever. Watching everyone’s back, being there when someone was needed, everyone’s personal hype man and determined in everything he did. He was fun, he was kind, and he was charmingly outgoing. So when he told the class he had a girlfriend he was going to take to their routine Friday night outing, everyone excepted someone just like him. Maybe even more timid and gentle. They couldn’t have been more wrong. She HAD to be insane.
