Y/n has always known her father was Tony Stark without ever really knowing him personally. Stark shoved enough money at the Brooks family to cover the cost of raising a child (and then some) while never being involved in actually raising said child. Of course, all that changed after y/n’s mother’s sudden and unexpected death. Now at the age of 16, y/n is being sent to New York City to move in with an estranged father she’s never really wanted to know. Eventual Peter Parker + y/n relationship
Y/n has been dating Steve for the last nine or so months. Things are just starting to get serious in their relationship - they know each others coffee orders by heart, their circle of friends is starting to overlap and they’ve even just moved in together - when Steve abruptly goes under the radar to track down his war time bestie, Bucky Barnes. One long mission later, he’s back at the apartment he shares with y/n, this time with the Winter Soldier in tow. And okay, having an ex-Russian spy slash mercenary recovering from mind control slash PTSD in your guest bedroom isn’t exactly ideal. But y/n tells herself she can deal. Maybe. Eventual y/n x Bucky Barnes x Steve Rogers
Y/n is just an average university student, trying to make it through her last year grad school. She spends most of her day in class and labs and her free time studying - usually at the coffee shop near her apartment. When you’re a regular, you start to notice little things, like when the caramel brand gets switched, your favorite barista changes a shift or the strange guy who starts coming in from time to time. And okay, he gives off “don’t talk to me,” grumpy energy, but that only makes y/n more curious. James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes is still trying to figure out who he is when he’s no longer the winter soldier. Finally cleared to leave Avengers Tower, the coffee shop is as good as a place as any to get some space from the team, and with no one recognizing “James,” as a former HYDRA asset, he’s able to pretend he’s normal, if just for a little bit. He notices y/n (he notices everything). He didnt mean to start talking to her, and he definitely didn’t mean to become friends, but that’s what happens. And if he realize some day he wants to be more than friends? That’s a problem for later.
