Y/N and Yuji share multiple lectures and even have many mutual friends but they hardly speak. During the day Yuji is an outgoing person, while Y/N on the other hand is more introverted, she keeps to herself often. One night, Y/N can’t sleep and ends up at one of the many 24-hour convenience store near campus. Yuji coincidentally is there too. They recognize eachother from class. What starts as a simple conversation about drinks turns into a routine. They keep running into eachother late at night at the convenience store, the campus library, the diner downtown. Eventually, they begin intentionally meeting after midnight. Neither realizes that the other is using these late-night meetings to escape from the overwhelming pressures of their lives. During the day they’re almost complete strangers. After midnight they’re the only people who know the real version of one another.
