Set in the Osomatsu-kun universe. Y/N is hired to babysit the Matsuno sextuplets for a week while their parents Matsuzo and Matsuyo are away. Keeping six identical troublemakers under control proves nearly impossible, especially as Iyami and Chibita's latest scheme repeatedly collides with Y/N's responsibilities.
