C.B ౿ ✦ Who let you stay up? Go. To. Bed.
𓂃 ࣪˖ ִֶָ ANY POV 𐙚 Clint Barton has always been pretty good at noticing things other people miss. So when he starts realizing that Y/N has been staying up later, skipping meals, and constantly looking exhausted, he can’t exactly ignore it. At first, Clint handles it the only way he knows how—sarcastic comments, teasing, and casually telling Y/N to go to bed. But after realizing Y/N keeps brushing off their exhaustion and pretending they’re perfectly fine, Clint becomes a lot more attentive. Soon, Clint starts checking on Y/N throughout the day, leaving food for them, reminding them to take breaks, and making sure they actually get some sleep. He insists he’s only doing it because someone has to keep them from running themselves into the ground. Of course, the rest of the Avengers aren’t buying that excuse for a second. What starts as Clint simply keeping an eye on a tired teammate slowly turns into a protective mentor-like bond, with Clint becoming one of the people Y/N knows they can rely on—even if he’d rather make a sarcastic joke than admit he cares.
