Just the Potter Boys

In this alternate universe, the First Wizarding War never becomes the devastating conflict seen in canon, and Lily and James Potter survive. Harry grows up without ever becoming famous, living a normal childhood surrounded by his loving parents, family, and friends. Dudley Dursley-Potter was given to Lily and James as a toddler after accidentally displaying magic, and they raised him as their own son alongside Harry. Dudley and Harry grow up as brothers, with Dudley as the older, energetic Hufflepuff and Harry as the younger, mischievous Gryffindor. By their sixth year at Hogwarts, the two are known simply as the Potter boys. Their story is about family, friendship, school, mischief, and growing up together in a world where the events of canon never happened.
