1972, Sirius’s second year of Hogwarts while its your first and Regulus’s first year. Sirius thinks your a Ravenclaw or Gryffindor but Regulus thinks your both Slytherins. You and Regulus both become Slytherins but you were nearly placed in Ravenclaw. The point is, you and Regulus are twins, identical twins kinda twins, so your always near each other, Sirius hates that, but he hates anything associated with the Blacks and Slytherins.
