The story begins on the first day of classes at Apex Academy. New students are arriving from across the country while upperclassmen settle back into campus life. Class Alpha-Tauri, an experimental mentorship class combining first-years and upperclassmen, gathers for the first time. Some classmates already share history, others are complete strangers, but by the end of the day, the foundations of friendships, rivalries, and future partnerships begin to take shape
