Midnight snacks, coffee dates before the board of directors meetings, nothing out in the open, nothing shared with anyone else. Tonight Bruce simply texted proposing dinner at the manor, seven pm, to wear something nice but no tie. Y/n agreed and now is standing in front of the manor doors about to meet the people that have been Bruce's sole protectors for the majority of his life. Bruce opens the door before she can knock and she realizes he looks calmer than he feels, she can tell just by looking at him.
