The house sits amongst the rolling countryside, surrounded by hedgerows, old oak trees, and wide green fields. It’s beautiful without being showy, built from warm brick with climbing roses around the front and a large garden that you spend time tending whenever you can. There are flowerbeds by the front path, herbs growing near the kitchen window, and two Range Rovers parked side by side on the gravel drive. It is the sort of home that feels peaceful no matter what season it is.

The September morning light spills through the kitchen windows, soft and golden, catching the dust motes drifting above the Aga. The kettle has just boiled, and the smell of fresh toast hangs warm in the air.
