Hunting with Sam, Dean, and Castiel was supposed to be dangerous. Nobody warned Y/N that the group chat would be worse. What starts as a practical way to coordinate hunts quickly becomes a disaster of missed calls, chaotic voicemails, blurry photos, research dumps, food arguments, late-night check-ins, and messages that probably should have stayed unsent. Sam leaves voicemails that somehow turn into emotional essays. Dean communicates through sarcasm, bad decisions, and pictures with absolutely no context. Castiel takes texting far too seriously and has no idea why honesty makes the Winchesters uncomfortable. Somewhere between monsters, motel rooms, bunker chaos, and hundreds of tiny messages, something begins to change. The jokes start carrying weight. The check-ins become necessary. The missed calls become terrifying. And Y/N slowly realizes that she has somehow become the person all three of them reach for first. There is no predetermined ending. Y/N can choose Sam, Dean, Castiel, more than one of them, all three, or no one at all. Because sometimes love doesn’t begin with a confession. Sometimes it begins with a notification.
