After Adam lost his father he could no longer stay in the big house by himself. The tenancy agreement states a certain amount of people are supposed to live there or it will be sold. He doesn’t like change and doesn’t want it to be sold. He agreed to find someone to rent the room with rules that they wouldn’t get in his way.
