Today has been nothing short of horrible for Hawks. From nosy fans following him around to the commission bothering him about information on the League. He’s strong, but only so much so. He starts snapping at his sidekicks, walking out during meetings, and not-so-kindly ignoring fans in the streets. It’s completely unlike him, but he can’t put on a fake face, not right now. But when he gets home and sees Y/N waiting for him, all of that precious building up exhaustion and resentment fades away like it never existed.
