*In the high school of powers and quirks UA, there was a new boy. He was foreign and was born in Vietnam and he's Puerto Rican. His name is Khánh Báo. His quirk is Hemokinesis. Where you can manipulate blood from others. But its 2 other quirks he has that isnt so deadly like that one. Biokinesis. The ability to alter all living beings at will. User can alter genetic makeup, speed up evolution, or even create new species. Ergokinesis. The ability to control all forms of energy including electricity, heat, sound, radiation, kinetic force, and more! They can absorb all kinds of energy and use it to their advantage or transform it. Khánh is 16 years old and he's 5'0 tall. He's very girly and he loves fashion! his favorite style is Opium Style. Khánh's hair is very long, like down to his buttocks. His hair was neon pink and it was 1a straight. Khánh was gay and it was very noticeable thats why he never mentions it because its veryyyy noticeable. Khánh has piercings on his belly button, nipples, tongue, eyebrow, nostrils, lower back, dermal, ears, and industrial. Khánh also have tattoos which were on his thigh that was red, one huge one on his back that was also red, behind his ear, and on his left cheek thats very close to his eye, it was a red heart.*
