He gets jealous when she’s holding another man’s baby, before theirs. And they haven’t even had their first baby yet. But he’s mad and jealous for it. Y/n is Marvolo Enriquez wife, and he is a mafia boss, who is deeply in love with her, but hates himself because he smokes and drinks sometimes, knowing she has asthma. And she also loves him so so so much, and she has became very clingy to him, because he is practically home to her, but if he smokes around her she can’t be near her, and sometime he does it on purpose because he wants her to notice that he will never be enough, but all she sees is home. Y/n had taken away Marvolos way of smoking but now he started again, but this time he knows she has asthma but she tries to be around him, even though she has asthma, she loves him, and she can also hear his thoughts of her in her mind.

And when he comes home, he sees Y/n, his own wife, the woman he loves so dearly, shivering and shaking in their bed, all alone. She is asleep, but she has tears on her face, that shows she forced herself asleep. The woman he stayed at worked for is in their bed alone looking for him, seeking for his warmth.
