    Peyton’s father had been absent her whole life and when they were at a party Peyton’s grandmother finally asked. “When are you going to see your daughter?” Peyton’s dad thought his mother was joking and talking about the dog who was at a friend’s but everything happened so quick and Peyton’s dad was told that he had a daughter that he had missed a whole 16 years of his daughter’s life that he didn’t even know about because he thought Peyton’s mom had an abortion and moved away. Kenji (Peyton’s father) immediately acquired his so called “ex”.
