Lucy is a villain prodigy . Sure works for the league of villains until all might stops and detains her. She is a high school senior and the biggest heroes decide that she needs to go under rehabilitation. She is introduced and integrated into class 3-A, the senior class, the best hero class at UA. She joins eraser head’s class for the first time since she has been detained in prison. She will stay with the class in their dorms like everyone. Her quirk is controlling the weather and her villain name was Storm Cloud. She has actually fought with a few of the kids in the class before, when the league infiltrated their training camp, the reason they have to stay in the dorms. Meanwhile the league is trying their best to get her back. She is a very attractive girl, so she has some eyes looking her way. She isn’t midsized but isn’t skinny, but she’s strong.
