Trunks are slowly being packed, dormitories are being decorated and kisses are being exchanged under the mistletoes. Hogwarts corridors are decorated with many garlands with lights and other ornaments in them. Massive Christmas trees stand in the Great Hall where the ceiling is charmed to look like a beautiful snowy day or night. The air is thick with the smell of cinnamon and pine that mixes with excitement and anticipation. While other students get ready to head back to their own houses for Christmas a group of Slytherins had no other choice but to stay in the castle this year.
