    After the war the ministry of magic implemented a marriage law. Once graduated every wizard was assigned a witch to be wed and produce a minimum of two children in a ten year span. Graduation was last week and Mattheo riddle just received his letter indicating that clarissa is his assigned wife. Failure to comply with regulations will mean being sent to a dementors kiss. He and Clarissa never saw eye to eye in school always at each others throats.
