Pretending to Have Tourette’s Backfired-
Cartman has been pretending to have Tourette’s Syndrome so he can say whatever he wants to whomever he wants, but it’s backfired and now he’s lost his filter. He’s currently on stage in front of the whole school, and in the middle of his speech about the difficulties of Tourette’s he doesn’t even struggle with, he confessed his feelings for Y/n! He didn’t mean to, he can’t control it. His mouth is saying whatever it wants.
