Y/N is apart of an experimental platoon made up only of women, a surprisingly foward movement for America in the 40’s. Her sergeant was Bucky Barnes, a *very* attractive man which she made sure did not distract her from trying her best, although, it was getting hard to ignore the certain…attention from him.
Y/N was brought into the avengers as an assistant, only getting the job because her dad is best friends with stark. Due to her getting the job, the girl who was meant to get it, who was very close with most of the avengers, missed out. Now, because of this, the avengers hate you, making you try twice as hard to impress them, which isn’t working. And it’s not like you’re bad at your job, you’re amazing, but you didn’t get it fairly, and that pisses them off.
After somehow ending up in a different universe, Y/N woke up in a room that wasn’t hers, hearing a shower running when she had lived alone. She sat up quickly, heart beating against her chest as she tried to figure out what was happening
