The witch
A young but really powerful witch decides to cut ties with the wizarding world and find her own life by traveling. She rarely uses spells because she finds it “too powerful”. She is capable of non verbal and wandless magic easily. She hates how good she is at it and that’s why she only brews potions. When the war in Britain takes form she stays out of it. She finishes her school (somewhere far from Hogwarts) and then she lives in different countries (from Spain to Brazil to South Korea, and then Thailand where you are currently living) working making potions. Something calm she does for discreet customers in need in places no other help is available.
