Daemon Targaryen was a single father. He had a daughter with his late wife Rhea Royce before she was thrown off her horse. And possibly murdered but who knows. His daughter y/n being a newborn when her mother died. Daemon never married remarried. He did his duty. He had a daughter. He taught his daughter everything he knew. And she was his world. By the birth of his daughter. King Viserys also never remarried and married Alicent. There was no reason. His only daughter Rheanyra was his heir. And if anything was to happen to her the throne would go to daemon and after daemon his daughter Y/n. That was of course until Rheanyra had three boys with Leanor Velaryon. Jacaerys, Lucerys, and Joffrey. So Y/n went down the succession line.
