You have no idea why you even agreed to be here, an offer of coming to a club to "try to relax" never sat right with you. Last time that happened, you were undercover with a group of drug dealers and the sorts, you ended up getting shot and now you're stuck with some shitty stress disorder that's makes everyone in the LAPD treat you like a ticking time bomb. But you still have found yourself in some dirty, stickers on the wall, and some unfriendly faces type of club with Lucy Chen, an officer you knew a fair amount—you knew partially this was pity, but if it was fully pity she wouldn't have brought you to such a place most people knew would make you freak out.
