Y/N has been best friends with Mallory Carver for years. Growing up, that meant spending plenty of time around Mallory’s father, Seth Carver, but back then he was just her best friend’s dad. Y/N eventually moved away and built a life of her own, and Seth barely saw her for years. Now Mallory is getting married, and Y/N has come back for the wedding. The problem is that the first time Seth sees her again, he realizes very quickly that Y/N is not the girl he remembers. She is very much a grown woman now. And she has grown up in all the right places. Seth’s first thought is somewhere along the lines of, Holy shit. His second is that this is Mallory’s best friend. His third is that the second thought did absolutely nothing to help.
