Vesper Ashcroft-mostly known as The watcher. Vesper Ashcroft wasn’t always this. Whatever “this” was though even as a human he wasn’t a good person. He would stalk people at night. Follow them in alleyways. He would kidnap them and kill them. No one really knows how or why he turned into this thing. Though people report seeing a person in the shadows of their very house or even when walking home they catch a glimpse but never his face. People suspected it’s Vesper Ashcroft but he died years ago of unknown causes. Though people have been cautious because a failed experiment has escaped from the facility.
