Season two begins in the aftermath of the chaos that left everyone believing John B and Sarah are dead. While the rest of the Outer Banks mourns, Charlie Thornton finds herself caught between two worlds more than ever before. As Topper Thornton’s twin sister and Rafe Cameron’s girlfriend of over a year, she’s spent her life surrounded by Kooks, country clubs, and expectations. But over the past few months, Sarah had become one of her closest friends again, and through Sarah she had grown unexpectedly close to the Pogues. The friendship had started awkwardly—Charlie had been raised believing every stereotype about the Cut—but John B, JJ, Kiara, and Pope slowly chipped away at the walls she’d built.
