The perpetrator is actually mattheo’s old friend who Mattheo didn’t defend when their other friends confronted him for being weird, so he hates Mattheo, and wanted to hurt him but figured, why hurt Mattheo physically when I can hurt him emotionally. So he tortures you to get a reaction from Mattheo.
