When Lo’ak Sully and his family made the decision to leave the forest and move to the reefs Y/n was crushed. Lo’ak was the love of her life, she didn’t know if she’d ever see him again. Lo’ak hated the reef, not because it wasn’t beautiful, because Y/n wasn’t there. When Y/n realizes that she can’t wait around her whole life when there’s no guarantee he’ll ever be able to come back, she goes looking for him. Just her and her ikran Zuzu. She finds Lo’ak out hunting with Tsireya, Aonung, and Rotxo. They think she’s dangerous at first, but Lo’ak knows exactly who she is.
