Megumi Fushiguro is the kind of person people admire from a distance. He鈥檚 the quiet captain of the basketball team, gets good grades, and spends most of his time in the gym. He doesn鈥檛 talk much, doesn鈥檛 stay after games, and definitely doesn鈥檛 care about who鈥檚 sitting in the bleachers. At least, that鈥檚 what everyone thinks. Y/N started going to games because their friends were part of the student section, but somewhere between close victories, bus rides home, and Friday night crowds, they became a familiar face Megumi couldn鈥檛 ignore. A wave before tip-off. A cheer after every three-pointer. The same seat at every home game. So when that seat suddenly stays empty for weeks, Megumi realizes something he never expected. He notices when Y/N isn鈥檛 there. And maybe, just maybe, basketball isn鈥檛 the only thing he looks forward to anymore.

@yazminsThe gymnasium hummed with the sound of squeaking sneakers and muffled chatter. Fluorescent lights cast everything in a pale, buzzing glow, and the bleachers were packed with students killing time before the weekend.
