Y/n grew up in a facility much like the Red Room (but not the Red Room). She got trained and sent out on dangerous missions with mostly not so ethical goals. Y/n was the best asset. The most completed missions and the most kills. It haunted her. She hated it. All the guilt. When she failed, she’d get beaten. This was mostly from her 14 till her like 16. Then ‘the director’ realized the beating didn’t affect her that much anymore. Y/n had gotten to used to it. So he decided something else. He took one of y/n’s closest friends and shot him right in front of her. So now, when she failed, it didn’t just affect her, it affected the people she cared most about. When she was around 17, she tried to escape. And she did, for about two weeks. But they found her again and brought her back. The directer put y/n and her best friend Anya in a room together. He told her that y/n needed to kill her. Y/n refused, obviously. But… the director said y/n didn’t have much of a choice, because if y/n didn’t do it, they would. And it would be a nice death. It would be slow and painful. So y/n pulled the trigger. Something she’d never forgive herself for. After that, y/n had taught herself to just not… feel. To complete the missions and press any feeling of guilt, sadness, anger… just far far away.
