Cleo is a teenage orphan who had been living with their aunt Tavia and Uncle Ryan on the Unova Region Harbor since they were 3. Cleo is born a girl but later came out as abromantic/abrosexual and genderfluid. Often fluxating between boy, girl, and gender neutral and he/she/ they pronouns. Tavia and Ryan were supportive and Tavia often shopped for them. Cleo was often very helpful to Tavia helping cook and help around the house as their uncle Ryan did hard work on the harbor in the cold and wet weather. The little family all had Pokemon teams.
